在"菜鸟网络"的愿景构想下,从构建供应链体系的角度出发,分析了供应链中各方优势及价值,并分析了在该体系下电商全新的物流运作模式。发现其在运作主体经营模式、仓储管理、业务利益分配、信息共享、资源整合等方面存在一定风险,提出合理规划仓储中心、制定仓储物流标准、班次运作、专业分工实现竞合等对策。

In this paper, starting from the perspective of the supply chain system, we analyzed the advantage and value of the various parties on the supply chain as well as a brand new logistics operation mode for the e-businesses under the system, identified the potential risks, and at the end, proposed several reasonable countermeasures.
