摘要
针对双层展示车双层举升机构普遍存在同步升降误差偏大的问题,研发了基于PLC的同步升降控制技术,介绍了同步升降系统的工作原理、PLC系统硬件选型与安装、软件设计原理与流程、I/O接线、液压系统工作原理等内容。
One method based on PLC control technology has been introduced in this paper to solve the problem about synchronous lifting error which is prevailing in double-stages truck. At the same time, the operating principles of synchronous lifting system, selection and installation of PLC system, principles and process of software design, process of I / 0 installation and the mechanism of hydraulic system also have been discussed in detail.
