摘要
针对某在建高速公路桥面的铺装情况以及出现的裂缝特征,对水泥混凝土桥面裂缝产生的原因进行分析,发现是低温施工、养生措施不足、混凝土质量及层局部厚度不足等问题导致了铺装层较早出现裂缝。在后续施工过程中采取了相应的技术措施,可以防治类似的桥面铺装病害再发生,提高了水泥混凝土桥面铺装的施工质量。
The causes of cracks on cement concrete deck were analyzed based on the paving of the deck of a highway bridge under construction and the shown characteristics of cracks. It is considered that construction at low temperature, lacking of maintenance measures, and concrete quality problem and thickness insufficiency in part of the paving course cause the early showing of cracks. Technical measures were taken in later process to prevent similar diseases and improve construction quality.
