摘要
依据相关管理方法,分析现有起重机械应急救援预案中存在的问题;采用层次分析法确定起重机械应急救援预案的15个核心评价指标,构建起重机械应急救援预案评价模型的目标层、准则层及方案层,计算核心指标的合成权重;利用线性加权模型得出应急救援预案的综合评价结果,确定修改预案的工作重点;通过实际应用,证明该评价方法可以为起重机械应急救援预案的修正提供依据。
The problems of existent emergency rescue plans for construction hoisting machinery were anal; ed based on related management methods. Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) was applied to determine 15 core evaluation indices for the plan. An appraisal model comprising of object layer, criterion layer and scheme layer was built to calculate the synthetic weight of core indices. Results of comprehensive evaluation of emergency rescue plans were obtained through linear weighted model, and the key to plan modification was stressed. Application shows that the appraisal method helps to modify the emergency rescue plan for construction hoisting machinery.
