摘要 针对M50型卧式车镗铣复合加工中心X轴负向易超程、跨越B轴极限位置易出现加工安全及工件质量的问题,提出数控编程技术与后处理设置相结合的方法避免X轴负向超程问题的发生。研究新的处理跨越B轴极限位置问题的算法,基于Post Builder二次开发,创建了适合于M50型加工中心的后处理器。验证结果表明:提出的处理方法有效解决了数控编程和后处理的难题,为开发具有特殊结构的多轴数控机床后处理器提供了一种新的方法和思路。 Aiming at the problems of the X axis negative easily over travel, process safety and workpiece quality problems easily occurred when limit position of B axis was spanned on M50 turning-boring-milling machining center, the method of the combination of post processing and NC programming technology to avoid the X axis negative over travel was put forward. The new processing algorithms solving the problem of spanning the B axis limit position was researched, and post processor suitable for M50 machining center was cre- ated based on redevelopment of Post Builder. Test results show that the proposed processing method can effectively solve the problem of NC programming and post processing, which provides a new method and idea for the development of post processor of multi axis NC machine tools with special structure.
