摘要
采用托盘翻转返回型的设计方案,用模块化设计思想将产品按功能分为驱动机构、机身、托盘、牵引机构和阻挡器5个主要功能模块;采用CAD技术对每个结构进行详细设计,采用CAE技术对产品进行有限元分析和动力学仿真。其中核心的牵引机构可以在摩擦片的摩擦力驱动和棘轮棘爪的啮合力驱动之间自动转换,使托盘水平运行时靠摩擦力驱动,翻转时靠啮合力驱动。对研发样机进行功能性测试和耐久性测试,结果显示:设计的积放式输送机在输送速度150mm/s、单个托盘负载500 N的工作条件下托盘定位精度可达到±0.25 mm。
The pallet turning back type was adopted. Guided by the modular design concept, the product was divided into several fuuctional modules: driving unit, main body, pallet, pallet driving unit and stopper. CAD was used for detailed design of each struc- ture. CAE was used for FEA and kinetics simulation. The core mechanism, pallet driving unit, could automatically change between fric- tion force drive of the friction plate and engaging force drive of the ratchet wheel & pawl, which enabled friction force drive for horizon- tal operation of the pallet and engaging force drive for turning operation of the pallet. The functional test and durability test of the proto- type show that positioning accuracy of the pallet conveyor can reach -+0. 25 mm in the conditions of transporting speed 150 mm/s and a single pallet load under 500 N.
