摘要
随着科学技术的发展,微小型系统在航空、航天、工程物理、兵器等领域中的应用越来越广泛,地位也越来越重要。对现有的手动研磨过程进行分析,分析机械研磨过程自动化的可行性,设计恒弹性合金内表面自动研磨方案,并在北京理工大学国防工业科技的微小型车铣复合加工机床上进行实验,分析实验结果,得出针对恒弹性合金内表面的研磨规律。
With the development of science and technology, micro systems are well used in fields of aviation, aerospace, engi- neering physics, weapons etc. By analyzing the existing manual polishing process, the automatic polishing was proved to be possible, the automatic inner surface polishing scheme was designed. The automatic polishing experiments were conducted on micro-machining turning-milling machine, which was made by Beijing Institute of Technology. By dealing with the data of these experiments, some rules of constant elastic alloy polishing were found.
