根据钻机的结构,介绍了全液压钻机的工作过程。针对全液压钻机不同工作机构的特点和工况要求,设计了液压控制系统,包括动力头回转回路、动力头进给回路、行走及卷扬控制回路、泥浆泵回路、辅助液回路等。

According to the rig structure, the working process of the full hydraulic drilling rig was introduced. Aiming at the char- acteristics and working conditions of full hydraulic drilling rig working mechanism, the hydraulic control system was designed, including a power head rotating loop, power head feeding loop, walking and winch control loop, mud pump loop, auxiliary liquid loop.
