摘要 阐述了高速切削加工技术及其重要特点,介绍了切削刀具、润滑技术、切屑排除等关键问题,分析了高速切削加工技术在汽车模具制造业和航空航天领域内加工零部件的优越性,介绍了它在变速箱箱体及发动机缸体和薄壁零件加工中的具体应用,并预测了高速切削加工技术的发展方向。 The high-speed machining technology and its important characteristics were elaborated. Some key problems such as cutting tool, lubrication, discharge of exclusion scrapes were introduced. The advantages of high-speed machining in car mold manu- facturing and aerospace field were analyzed. The specific applications of processing thin-walled parts such as gear-box and engine cylin- der block were introduced. The development directions of high-speed machining technology were forecasted.
