摘要
目的分析mi R-139-5p在胃癌中的表达及其与临床病理特征的关系。方法采用逆转录实时定量PCR方法检测mi R-139-5p在胃癌及其癌旁正常组织中的表达量,并分析其与临床病理特征关系。此外检测4株胃癌细胞与正常人胃上皮细胞中mi R-139-5p的表达。结果与癌旁正常组织比较,mi R-139-5p在胃癌组织中表达下调;有无淋巴结转移以及TNM分期间mi R-139-5p的表达差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而不同性别、年龄、肿瘤大小以及肿瘤分化程度间mi R-139-5p的表达差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。mi R-139-5p在胃癌细胞株中表达下调。结论 mi R-139-5p在胃癌组织和细胞中表达下调,并与胃癌的淋巴结转移及TNM分期密切相关,其可能参与了胃癌的转移过程。
Objective To investigate the expression of miR -139-5p and its association with clinicopathologic features in gastric cancer.Methods The expression level of miR -139 -5p in 30 cases of gastric cancer and matched non -tumor adjacent tissue specimens was examined using reverse transcription real -time PCR.The correlation between the expression of miR -139 -5p and the clinicopathologic features of gastric cancer was studied .The expression of miR -139 -5p in four gastric cancer cell lines and normal human gastric epithelial cells was also detected .Results The ex-pression of miR -139 -5p was significantly down -regulated in tumor tissues than that in the adjacent tissues (P 〈0.05).There was significant difference in miR -139 -5p expression among cases w /o lymph node metastasis group and with different TNM stages (P 〈0.05).However, there was no significant difference in miR -139 -5p expression among cases with different genders, ages, tumor sizes or tumor differentiation (P &gt;0.05).The expression of miR -139 -5p in gastric cancer cell lines was significantly down -regulated than that of normal human gastric epithelial cells .Conclusion The expression of miR -139 -5p in gastric cancer tissues and cells is down -regulated, and associated with metastasis .
