摘要
报道了一种白皮杉醇(E-5)的简便合成方法。以3,5-二羟基苯乙酸为原料,经Perkin缩合和脱羧异构化反应合成了E-5,总收率55%,其结构经1H NMR,IR和ESI-MS确认。
A convenient route for synthesizing piceatannol (E-5) was reported. E-5 was synthesized by a two-step reaction of Perkin condensation and decarboxylation-isomerization from 3,5-dihydroxy ben- zene acetic acid in overall yield of 55%. The structure was confirmed by 1H NMR, IR and ESI-MS.
