摘要
为探究普安银鲫早期发育中载脂蛋白B、甘油三酯和总胆固醇的含量变化及葡萄糖溶液和维生素C溶液分别浸泡对它们的影响,采用生化方法测定分析了普安银鲫早期发育中载脂蛋白B、总胆固醇和甘油三酯的含量变化特点。结果显示:载脂蛋白B、总胆固醇和甘油三酯的含量在整个早期发育中均呈"下降-上升"趋势。从受精卵到外源营养期,葡萄糖组载脂蛋白B、总胆固醇和甘油三酯含量呈"上升-下降-上升"趋势,且从原肠中期到内源营养期,葡萄糖组载脂蛋白B和甘油三酯含量显著高于对照组,而总胆固醇含量从原肠中期到混合营养期显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。维生素C组载脂蛋白B和总胆固醇含量呈"下降-上升"趋势,甘油三酯含量均呈"上升-下降-上升"趋势,且载脂蛋白B含量从原肠中期到内源营养期显著高于对照组,同时在外源营养期也显著高于对照组,甘油三酯含量从原肠中期至外源营养期显著高于对照组(P<0.05),而总胆固醇含量在整个发育中仅稍高于对照组。研究表明,载脂蛋白B、总胆固醇和甘油三酯参与普安银鲫早期发育中能量代谢和各器官、组织膜物质的构建,同时适宜水平的葡萄糖溶液、维生素C溶液均能促进普安银鲫早期发育中载脂蛋白B、总胆固醇和甘油三酯的合成。
The contents of apoliprotein-B,triglyceride and total cholesterol were monitored during early development of crucian carp Carassius auratus gibelio and effects of glucose and vitamin C on contents of apoliprotein-B,triglyceride and total cholesterol were studied during early development of crucian carp bathed in solutions of glucose and vitamin C by a biochemical method.The contents of apoliprotein-B,triglyceride and total cholesterol were shown to be "down-up"trend during early development of crucian carp,and"up-down-up"trend in the glucose group from the fertilized eggs to exogenous nutrition stage,the contents of apoliprotein-B and triglyceride being significantly higher than that in control group from mid-gastrulation stage to endogenous nutrition stage.There was significantly higher content of total cholesterol in the glucose group from mid-gastrulation stage to mixed nutrition stage than that in the control group in the same developmental stage.The"down-up"trend of contents of apoliprotein-B and total cholesterol,and"up-down-up"trend of content of triglyceride were found in the vitamin C group,significantly higher content of apoliprotein-B than that in the control group from mid-gastrulation stage to endogenous nutrition stage,until to exogenous nutrition stage,significantly higher content of triglyceride than that in the control group from mid-gastrulation stage to exdogenous nutrition stage.The content of total cholesterol was just above that in the control group during early development of crucian carp.The findings indicate that apoliprotein-B,triglyceride and total cholesterol are involved in energy metabolism and in formation of membrane materials of organs and tissues,and that appropriate levels of glucose solution,and vitamin C solution will promote the synthesis of apoliprotein-B,triglyceride and total cholesterol.
