高校学生群体性事件风险评估系统的构建

The Construction of the Risk Assessment System for Mass Incidents of Students at Institutions of Higher Learning

基于群体性事件风险评估理论,采用事故树归因分析法总结并提炼出了导致城市高校学生群体性事件发生的主要因素,构建了城市高校学生群体性事件风险评估指标体系和预警工作流程图,试图为大学生群体性事件的研判、预报和提前干预提供决策参考。

By adopting the fault tree analytical method,and based on the mass incident risk assessment theory,this paper discusses the main factors leading to mass incidents among college student.It constructs a risk assessment index system for mass incidents of college students in cities and a pre-warning process diagram,which may function as a reference for institutions of higher learning to diagnose,predict and interfere with mass incidents of students.
