Professional setting in colleges and universities is important in the talents training. Professional structure layout and construction should adapt to serve the needs of the local economic development and the social development. According to the talents demand in the development of Zhengzhou Air Port, this paper analyzes the present situation and the trend of the regional economic development and the problems in the professional setting in colleges and universities in Henan Province, and explores the improvement ideas on this basis to provide references for the optimization of professional setting to train high - quality talents for the rapid development of the regional economy.
