因课程安排和教学条件的限制,英语听力往往是高职院校英语教学的难点。针对这一现状,设计开发网络环境下的听力自主学习平台,可以培养学生自主学习能力和语言学习策略,从而提高学生的英语听力技能。听力自主学习平台有助于解决当前高职院校英语教学中遇到的实际困难,既可用作学生的自主学习平台,也可用作课程教师的教学辅助平台。

Due to the limited teaching arrangements and conditions, English listening teaching in vocational colleges is always very. difficult. On account of this situation, a feasible solution is to construct a web - based autonomous learning platform so as to improve students＇ listening ability as well as their autonomous learning ability and their language learn- ing strategy. The platform is conducive to the problems in the present English teaching in vocational colleges and can be used as either an autonomous learning platform for students or a teaching- aid platform for instructors.
