摘要
本文根据涡轮导向器五轴数控加工中存在的问题,运用VERICUT软件构建仿真加工工艺系统,实现加工过程仿真,有效解决加工中刀具悬伸长度过大等问题。
In order to solve the problems during the five - axis machining of turbine nozzles, VERICUT software is used to establish a machining simulation system and simulate the whole machining process, which helps to reduce the overhang length of cutting tools effectively.
