Research on Target Control of Construction Engineering Project Management

在建筑工程项目管理中,需要灵活地掌握项目管理目标控制理论。在建筑工程项目的实施过程中准确及时的对项目的成本、进度、质量进行控制,使项目各方关系人动态地掌握项目的实施状态,从而高效地完成项目目标任务。文章从成本控制、进度控制、质量控制等三方面分析,探讨如何最终使成本、进度、质量在建筑工程项目管理过程中得到更加有效合理的控制。

In the construction engineering project management, the theory of the target control in the project manage- ment needs to be applied flexibly. In the implementation process of a construction engineering project, the target tasks of the project can be completed efficiently by controlling the project cost, schedule, quality accurately and timely and by the relevantstakeholders＇ grasping the implementation status dynamically. This paper, by analyzing the controls of cost, progress and quality, explores how to control more effectively and reasonably the cost, progress and quality in the process of a construction engineering project management.
