网络环境下高职图书馆管理窥探

Management of Vocational College Libraries in Network Environment

随着我国信息化建设的不断推进,信息技术与工作的联系越来越密切,高职图书馆管理工作与以前相比有了很大变化。面对信息技术为高职图书馆管理工作提供的便利,高职图书馆管理人员应做好工作流程再造,发展数字图书馆,建立复合型图书馆,加强对高职图书馆系统的构建与维护,以使网络环境下的高职图书馆管理工作取得更好的效果。

With the advancement of the informatization construction in our country, the relation between information technology and daily work has become closer, and the management of vocational college libraries has had greater changes now than ever before. In the face of the convenience of the management of vocational college libraries brought by informa- tion technology, the management staff of the libraries should do well in work process engineering, develop digital libraries, establish hybrid libraries and strengthen the building and maintenance of vocational college library system in order to achieve better resuhs in the management of vocational college libraries in the network environment.
