对残疾学生体育管理与社会资源利用存在问题的探讨

Exploration on Problems Existing in P.E Management and Utilization of Social Resources for Disabled Students

使用文献资料、逻辑分析等研究方法,对我国残疾学生体育问题进行了讨论,认为在政府扶持、管理及社会力量的利用等方面存在众多不足之处,譬如:残疾人体育管理制度急需优化、体育师资的培训和交流需要政府介入和积极引导、残疾学生和普通学生之间的融合和交流机制急需加强、志愿者参与体育服务的机制有待搭建等,这些都制约着残疾学生体育工作的开展。

This paper discusses problems of physical education for disabled children with methods of logic induction and literature. The author thinks there are still some shortcomings in support and management of government and utilization of social forces, for example, physical education management system for the disabled needs optimization, training and communication for P. E teachers needs intervention and active guide of government, exchange and communication mechanism between disabled students and common students need strengthening and mechanism of volunteerg participation in P. E service for disabled children needs setting up. All this have hindered the carrying out of physical education for disabled children.
