摘要
国网技术学院变电运维专业是本专业新员工培训与优秀人才再教育基地,通过五年的发展,变电运维专业逐渐形成了一套培训管理方法。在师资队伍建设上,采用专职培训师下现场实践锻炼与以老带新的方法,促进人才的发展;在管理方法上,通过建章立制,加强培训管理,引进现场兼职培训师,成立临时党支部,传授现场经验,与专职培训师密切配合,共同进步;在培训方法上,采用"教学做"一体化教学模式,加强学员的参与度,采用案例项目任务驱动法,让学员通过案例项目专题,切实吃透每一个知识点,将培训所学应用到以后工作中。
The substation operation and maintenance major of State Grid of China Technology College,as the base for the training of new staff and the reeducation of outstanding talent,through five years' development,has gradually formed a set of training management method.In terms of the teaching staff construction,we adopt the approach according to which the full-time trainers carry out on-site practice and the experiential employees provide assistance to the new ones to promote the development of talents;in terms of the management method,through establishing new system,strengthen management training,introduce on-site part-time trainers,establish temporary party branch,impart on-site experience,cooperate with the full-time trainers to achieve common progress;in terms of the training methods,adopt the "teaching,learning and practicing" integrated teaching model to enhance the participation of students,use the task-driven method for projects,so that,through the cases of different projects,students can thoroughly understand each point of the knowledge and apply the training knowledge to future work.
