关于新时期大学生党建工作的几点思考

Several Reflections on CCP Construction Work of College Students in New Era

做为高校思想政治教育工作的重要内容,大学生党建工作是高校党建工作的重要组成部分,对于培养社会合格建设者与可靠接班人有着极其重要的意义。在新时期、新形势下大学生的党建工作出现了一些亟待解决的新问题,像大学生入党动机功利化、党员的先锋模范作用有所缺失等等。造成这些问题的原因是大学生入党动机不纯、片面追求党员发展数量、对党员教育监管不力等。本文从高校大学生党建工作的重要性入手,分析了当前大学生党建工作中面临的挑战,并结合实际工作经验,提出了几点应对措施。

As the important content of the ideological and political education of college students,CCP construction work of college students serves as an important part of the Party construction work of higher education,exerting great significance to the cultivation of qualified constructors and reliable successors of the society.In the new era and under new situation,some new problems arise which are needed to be solved promptly,such as the utilitarian motives of college students to join the Party,the loss of the pioneering and exemplary role of Party members,etc.The reasons for these problems are the impure motives of college students to join the Party,the one-sided pursuit of the development of Party members,the weak educational supervision of Party members.This paper starts from the importance of the Party construction work of college students,analyzes the challenges faced by current Party construction work,and combined with practical work experience,puts forward some countermeasures.
