摘要
在高等教育大众化的进程中,接受教育的女性大幅增长,高校毕业生尤其是女大学生人数逐年增加。然而,"女大学生就业难"已成为不争的事实,并日益成为国家、社会、家庭和女大学生个人密切关注的问题。本文从导致女大学生就业困难的外在原因和内在原因进行了分析,并且有针对性地提出创造公平的就业环境、健全女性保障体系、优化资源配置和引导女大学生正确认识自我等几点解决策略。
The popularization of higher education leads to substantial growth of educated women.Particularly,the number of female college graduates increases by years.However,the "employment difficulty of female graduates" has become an indisputable fact as well as an issue that receives increasing attention from the country,society,families and female college students.This paper analyses the external and internal causes of the reasons for the employment difficulties of female students,and puts forward several solving strategies,such as create the fair employment environment,improve female security system,optimize the allocation of resources and guide the female students to have correct self-understanding,etc.
