超临界甲苯萃取茂名页岩油的研究 被引量:2

摘要 主要探索了超临界甲苯萃取的工艺条件:溶剂萃取保温时间、油页岩矿物粒度、油页岩和甲苯溶剂固液比、溶剂萃取反应终温、溶剂萃取升温速率。确定了超临界甲苯最佳溶剂萃取工艺条件:矿物粒度为100目,固液比为1/20,升温速率为10℃/min,反应温度为540℃,保温时间为2 h,萃取率可达35.01%。 The article mainly explores the conditions that supercritical toluene solvent extracts shale oil: solvent extraction time,oil shale mineral grain,oil shale and toluene solvent ratio,solvent extraction temperature,heating rate. We find the best condition in which supercritical toluene solvent extracts shale oil from Maoming oil shale: mineral mesh size 100,solid-liquid ratio 1 /20,the heating rate 10 ℃ / min,reaction temperature 540 ℃,time 2 hours. Extraction rate can be reached about 35. 01% in this condition.
