128层螺旋CT在早期周围型小肺癌诊断中的价值

The Value of 128-slice CT Diagnosis in Early Small Peripheral Lung Cancer

目的探讨多层螺旋CT对早期周围型小肺癌的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析2009年~2014年115例周围型小肺癌患者的CT影像学资料,均经手术或CT引导下穿刺病理证实。所有患者扫描方式采用常规扫描及多平面重建,发现病灶后对病灶区域加薄层扫描或进一步增强检查。结果边缘分叶28例,长短毛刺征41例,胸膜牵拉征19例,肺泡征11例,支气管气相征12例,空洞征2例,钙化灶2例。增强扫描特征：CT值增强幅度为25~60 Hu左右。结论多层螺旋CT定位准确,可以为周围型小肺癌的的诊断提供重要的参考依据,值得临床广泛推广。

Objective To study the MDCT for early diagnosis value of peripheral small lung cancer. Methods From 2009 to 2014 were retrospectively analyzed in 115 cases of peripheral small lung cancer patients with CT imaging data, were confirmed by surgery or CT guided biopsy. All of the patients using conventional scanning scanning and multiplanar reconstruction, found lesions after the lesion area and thin layer scanning or further enhance the inspection. Results Length of the edge points in 28 cases, burr 41 cases ofpleural pull, 19 cases of alveolar, 11 cases of bronchus gas phase 12 cases of empty sign in 2 cases, calcifications in 2 cases. Enhanced scanning features： the CT value increases in about 25-60 Hu. Conclusion Multislice CT positioning accuracy, can provide important reference for the diagnosis of peripheral small lung cancer, and is worthy of wider promotion.
