参芪扶正注射液联合酚妥拉明治疗慢性肺源性心脏病心力衰竭的临床观察

Treatment of Heart Failure Induced by Chronic Pneumocardial Disease with Shenqifuzheng Injection and Phentolamine

目的探讨参芪扶正注射液联合酚妥拉明治疗慢性肺源性心脏病心力衰竭的疗效。方法 80例符合诊断标准的患者随机分为2组。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予250 m L参芪扶正注射静滴及酚妥拉明注射液10 mg+多巴胺注射液20 mg+250 m L 5%葡萄糖静滴,每天1次。10 d疗程结束后,比较两组疗效、心率和血氧饱和度。结果观察组总治疗有效率为90.0%,对照组总治疗有效率为70.0%,两组比较有统计学差异(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组平均心率及血氧饱和度比较无统计学差异(P均>0.05),治疗后,观察组的心率明显低于对照组,血氧饱和度明显高于对照组,比较有统计学差异(P均<0.05)。结论联合使用参芪扶正注射液和酚妥拉明是治疗肺心病心力衰竭的有效治疗方案,治疗有效率高,可明显减慢心率,增高血氧饱和度,值得临床推广。

Objective To assess the clinical effects of Shenqifuzheng injection and Phentolamine in treatment of heart failure induced by chronic pneumocardial disease. Methods 80 patients diagnosed with heart failure induced by chronic pneumocardial disease were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with conventional treatment. Based on the conventional treatment, the treatment group was treated with 250 mL Shenqifuzheng injection and Phentolamine 10 mg＋Dobutamine 20 mg＋250 mL 5% glucose injection once daily. After 10 days, clinical effects and heart rate and oxygen saturation were compared. Results Total curative effectivess rate of treatment group was 90.0%, while the control group was 70.0%, and the two groups were statistically different （P〈0.05）.Before treatment, the average heart rate and oxygen saturation were statistically same （both P〉0.05）. After treatment, heart rate of treatment group was significantly lower than control group and oxygen saturation was significantly higher than control group （both P〈0.05）. Conclusion The curative effects of Shenqifuzheng injection and Phentolamine in curing heart failure induced by chronic pneumocardial disease are markable, with high curative effectivess rate, markably lowering heart rate and increasing oxygen saturation, and it is worth generaling.
