微型锁定钢板治疗掌指骨骨折的临床研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨微型锁定钢板在各种类型掌指骨骨折中的应用。方法对40例47处掌指骨骨折采用微型锁定钢板内固定治疗,术后无需辅助外固定,早期功能锻炼。结果所有患者均获随访,随访时间3~12个月,平均5.5个月,骨折愈合时间9~14周,平均10.5周。按照中华医学会手外科学会手部功能系统评分,优36例,良4例,优良率100%。结论应用微型锁定钢板内固定治疗掌指骨骨折具有固定牢固,可以早期功能锻炼,骨折愈合较快,手部功能恢复优良的特点,是一种较好的内固定方式。 Objective Discussion on application of mini locking plate in different types of phalange and metacarpal bone fractures. Methods The series comprised 47 phalange and metacarpal bone fractures with treatment of mini locking plate internal fixation without adjunctive external fixation from 40 cases. Postoperative functional exercise was introduced at an early stage in all cases. Results All follow-ups were acquired with duration of 3 to 12months (5.5 months on average). Average time for fracture healing was 10.5 weeks with duration from 9 to 14 weeks. Results Were evaluated according to Hand Functional Scoring System by Hand Surgery Society of Chinese Medical Association. 36 cases were rated as A and 4 were rated as B (Excellent and Good Rate were 100%). Conclusions Mini locking plate merits as a reliable internal fixation method in treatment of phalange and metacarpal bone fractures due to its advantage in stabilized fixation, allowing early functional exercise, faster time of fracture healing and excellent hand functional recovery.
