民用载货汽车发展对军用汽车编配的启示

为促进我军汽车部队发展,充分利用民用载货汽车发展优势,有效弥补当前部队运力不足的问题,提高部队运输力,详细分析了我国民用载货汽车规模类型与运营现状,结合民用运力专业化服务水平高、运营成本低、越野性能差的特点,根据军用汽车编配现状及发展需求,提出了适当减少普通运输车编配以降低运营成本、针对性发展专用运输车以提高专业化服务水平以及合理编配越野运输车等几项措施。为促进汽车部队的发展,提升运输保障能力提供有益参考。

In order to promote the development of military transportation and improve the logistic support capacity of our army,a full play has to be given to the advantages in the development of our civilian trucks so as effectively to make up for the current shortage of the transportation capacity of our army and improve the transportation capability of our troops.In this case,the present situation of,the main characteristics of the scale and types of our civilian trucks are analyzed in detail in the paper.With the characteristics of the high level of our civilian trucks in professional service and low operation cost,and the poor cross-country capability of the civilian trucks taken into account,and the present situation of the allocation of our military vehicles and the needs for development in mind,put forward in the paper are some suggestions to promote the development of our military vehicle troops,such as reducing the allocation of ordinary transportation trucks to cut down the operation cost,increasing special trucks to improve the professional service,and developing cross-country trucks properly.The paper may serve as a useful reference for developing military transportation troops and improving the transportation support capability of our army.
