摘要
结合延延高速公路黄河特大桥主梁菱形挂篮反力架预压工程实例,运用Midas civil建立挂篮整体预压模型及反力架模型,对其受力情况进行分析,通过实例验证了反力架预压法施工的安全性及合理性,顺利完成了挂篮预压,节约了挂篮预压工序时间,解决了高墩情况下挂篮预压不便的施工难题。
With the practical diamond-type-hanging-basket-and-counterforce-frame pre-pressurizing project of the Yellow River Mega Bridge of the Yan-Yan Expressway in mind,the software of the Midas civil is used to help establish a numerical simulation model respectively for the pre-pressurizing of the hanging basket as a whole and the counterforce frame in the paper,with their forced circumstances analyzed.The safety and reasonability of the counterforce-frame-pre-pressurizing construction method are testified with practical examples,upon the basis of which the hanging basket is successfully pre-pressurized,with the time previously planned for the process of pre-pressurizing the hanging basket saved and the big problem of it being difficult to prepressurize the hanging basket in the case of a tall pier solved.
