摘要 大连市星海湾跨海大桥是国内首个采用双层结构设计的跨海大桥,双层桥梁中的下层梁架设在下横梁上,分离式下横梁采用两部分施工,圆弧段利用墩柱加斜撑施工,中间直线段利用墩柱承台作支撑完成模板、钢筋管道安装,然后在已完圆弧段上搭设吊架吊起模板,与圆弧段连接,然后浇筑混凝土。实践证明,施工方案切实可行,克服了跨海大桥气候上的不利条件顺利的完成了下横梁施工。为类似工程提供有益的借鉴。 The sea-crossing bridge in the Xinghai Bay of Dalian is the first dual-storey sea-crossing bridge in structural design in our country,with the lowerstorey beams of the dual-storey bridge resting on the lower lateral beams.The separate lower lateral beam is divided into two segments when it is erected,with the arc-shaped segments of the beam built with the help of the pier and the diagonal braces,and the middle straight segment built with help of the bearing cap of the pier used for supporting the forms and helping fitting steel bars and pipelines.Then,a hanger is set up on the finished arcshaped segment to lift the forms,which will be connected with the arc-shaped segment,following which process concrete will be poured.Practice proves that the construction scheme is feasible,and the construction of the lower lateral beams is performed successfully,with the climatic disadvantages at sea fully overcome.This paper may serve as a useful reference for other similar projects.
