摘要
对马钢13号高炉整修后快速开炉达产的经验进行总结。此次13号高炉整修主要项目是对炉身上部砖冷带更换为冷却壁改造。由于开炉方案合理,准备充分,开炉后高炉通过合理的上下部调节,稳定热制度,维持炉况顺行,快速达产,取得了良好的经济效益。
The experience of blowing-in of Masteel No. 13 BF and its quickly reaching target output after and overhaul are summarized in the paper. The major projects of the No. 13 BF overhaul is to replace the brick zone in the upper shaft of BF with water cooled plate. Because of the reasonable blowing-in scheme and adequate preparation,the specified output and the good economic benefits are attained after the top and bottom regulation,stabilizing the thermal system and maintaining the BF smooth work.
