马钢300t转炉二次烟气除尘优化

摘要 介绍了马钢四钢轧300t转炉二次烟气除尘系统。通过改造,降低了转炉转炉兑铁水时,火焰和烟尘大量地溢出了炉前风道的现象。每炉钢节电1200 k Wh,烟气排放浓度为小于30 mg/m3,烟气温度在110℃以下。实践证明,该系统具有节能、捕集率高、排放浓度低、自动化程度高等特点。 Four steel mill of masteel 300 t converter flue gas dust removal equipment selection,long bag low pressure pulse filter fan adopts frequency conversion control,and design will be blowing argon alloy trimming station dust air directly to join converter secondary flue gas dust removal system.Against the system after putting into production,reduce the converter converter molten iron,the flames and smoke heavily over the stove before the phenomenon of air duct. 1200 kw per furnace steel saving electricity,flue gas emission concentration of less than 30 mg / m3,flue gas temperature below 110 ℃.Practice has proved that the system is energy saving,high capture rate,low emission concentration,high degree of automation.
