摘要
随着青年教师在学校师资队伍中所占的比例越来越大,加强教师队伍建设成为学校的重点工作。在研究青年教师专业成长的背景基础上,提出促进青年教师专业成长的五项策略。
With the increasing proportion of young teachers in teaching staff,building up teachers forces is attached the most importance. This essay proposes five profession-promotion strategies on the basis of the research on their professional development.
