随着世界经济一体化的发展,有很多国有企业有承揽了海外工程项目,然而这些建设项目常常具有较大风险。以中冶华天承担的泰国NTS50万t项目为例,建立了一套项目风险评价体系,运用AHP方法对项目的整体风险进行量化分析。

with the development of world economic integration,more and more state-owned enterprises have the overseas engeering project constracting. However,these construction projects have much risk,in this paper,taking the China metallurgical Huatian bear Thailand NTS500 t project as an example. set up a project risk evaluation system,using the AHP method to quantify the overall project risk analysis.
