从大学生就业过程中就业协议的签订、劳动合同的订立到劳动纠纷的解决等方面,结合自己在就业指导法律教育中积累的经验进行了一定的探索,希望为大学生更加理性的就业提供参考和帮助。

The employment of university students in the process of the employment agreement signed,conclusion of labor contract to the settle of labor disputes,etc,combined with their own accumulated in the employment guidance law teaching experience is explored. Hope for the university students to provide reference and help for employment.
