This paper summarizes the certain studies of 5-hydroxytryptamine（5-HT） and dopamine（DA） influence on aggressive behavior through the literature material, in order to provide the theoretical basis for using 5-hydroxytryptamine（5-HT） and dopamine（DA）to reduce aggression.
