航空、船泊、铁道后备保障人才体质健康供需矛盾与再平衡研究

A study of backup guarantee the contradiction between supply and demand of talent physical health and balance of aviation,shipping,railway

采用调查法、文献资料法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法,对航空、船泊、铁道后备保障人才体质健康供需现状、存在的问题、产生的原因进行分析。结果显示:航空、船泊、铁道后备保障人才体质健康供需矛盾突出,一方面是航空、船泊、铁道急需大量体质健康合格的后备保障的人才,另一方面则是供方培养的人才体质健康不适应需求。航空、船泊、铁道后备保障人才体质健康供需失衡,其矛盾若得不到有效解决,将影响经济、国防建设等,也影响人才供给方的生存与发展。

By using the methods of investigation, literature, mathematical statistics, logic analysis, the physical health of backup talents in aviation, ships and railways was analyzed in demand and supply situation, problems, and causes. The results showed that the physical health of backup talents in aviation, ships and railways is prominent in supply and demand. On the one hand, the aviation, ships and railways badly need a large number of backup talents with qualified physical health;on the other hand, the physical health of backup talents trained by suppliers can not adapt to the requirements. If the contradiction of balance with supply and demand for physical health of backup talents in aviation, ships and railways was not effectively resolved, it will affect the competition and defense construction, and also affect the survival and development of talents supply.
