护生参与临床教学模式在妇科带教中的效果评价 被引量:9

摘要 目的:探讨护生参与临床教学在妇科的实施及效果。方法:选择2012~2013学年妇科实习护生45名作为对照组,采用"一对一"带教方法,实习期间进行入科岗前培训、教学查房、专科讲座。选择2013~2014学年妇科实习护生50名作为观察组,在对照组带教方法基础上,采用"领航"讲座、实习操作登记表、反思日记、编写妇科100问、护理"微"培训等方法促进护生参与教学。两组护生出科时均进行理论知识、专科技术考核、综合素质评分,并调查护生对带教模式的评价。对两组数据按不同学历进行对比分析。结果:观察组护生理论知识、专科操作及综合素质成绩均高于对照组(P〈0.05),对带教模式的满意度优于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论:护生参与带教能够调动护生学习积极性,减轻临床带教老师负担,保证实习任务完成,提高妇科临床教学质量。 Objective: To study the implementation and effect of participating in clinical teaching of nursing students in gynecological department. Methods:The " one to one" teaching model was applied to 45 nursing students of the control group in gynecological department in 2012- 2013 school year with orientation training,teaching rounds and speciality lectures. In addition to the methods being applied to the control group,50 nursing students of the observation group in 2013- 2014 school year accepted extra measures including " pilot" lectures,registration form of internship operation,reflection diary,100 questions of gynaecological speciality,and nursing micro- trainings to promote them to participate in clinical teaching. Two groups were both given theoretical knowledge and speciality skills examination,the evaluation of comprehensive quality and teaching mode. The data of two groups were comparatively analyzed in different degrees. Results: The test results of the observation group were better than the control group in theory knowledge,speciality skill and comprehensive quality. The difference was statistically significant( P〈0. 05). The nursing students of the observation group were more satisfied with the teaching model than the control group. Conclusion: Nursing students participating in clinical teaching can arouse their learning enthusiasm,lessen the burden of clinical teaching teachers,guarantee completion of internship tasks,and improve the quality of clinical teaching in gynecological department.
