优质护理对慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者不良情绪及依从性的影响

Observation the influence of high- quality nursing for the bad mood and treatment attitude of patients with COPD at acute exacerbation

目的：探讨优质护理对慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）急性加重期患者不良情绪及依从性的影响。方法：将2012年6月~2014年6月我院收治的118例COPD急性加重期患者随机等分为对照组和观察组,对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施优质护理,比较两组患者干预前后Zung量表、Morisky量表及SGRQL量表评估结果。结果：观察组与对照组干预后2周、干预后4周Zung量表、Morisky量表及SGRQ量表评估结果相比差异有统计学意义（均P〈0.05）。结论：优质护理对COPD急性加重期患者不良情绪及治疗态度的影响更为积极,有助于改善患者的生存质量。

Objective： To observe the influence of high- quality nursing for the bad mood and compliance of patients with COPD at acute exacerbation.Methods： 118 patients with COPD at acute exacerbation were randomly divided into control group（ routine nursing group） and observation group（ high-quality nursing group）,then Zung score,Morisky score and SGRQL score of two groups before and after the intervention were compared. Results： The Zung score,Morisky score and SGRQL score of observation group after the intervention were all better than those of control group,all P 0. 05. Conclusion： The influence of high- quality nursing for the bad mood and treatment attitude of patients with COPD at acute exacerbation are more active,and it is helpful for the improvement of life quality.
