身心并护模式在神经内科护理中的应用效果

Effect of mental and physical nursing using in department of neurology

目的：探讨身心并护模式在神经内科护理中的应用效果。方法：选取2010年1月~2012年1月在我院接受诊断和治疗的70例神经内科疾病患者作为研究对象,根据随机原则将其等分为试验组和对照组,对照组患者接受基础护理,试验组患者接受基础护理和心理护理,比较两组患者护理满意度。结果：试验组患者护理满意率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：身心并护模式在临床实践效果较好,能够有效提高患者护理的满意度,为患者提供优质服务,值得推广。

Objective： To discuss and analyze effects of mental and physical nursing using in department of neurology. Methods： 70 patients with neurological diseases were chosen as research subjects,they were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The control group received basic nursing,while the experimental group received both basic and mental nursing. To compare the degree of satisfaction of two groups. Results： The degree of satisfaction in experimental group was significant higher than that in control group. Conclusion： The clinical effects of mental and physical nursing is excellent,can effectively improve patient care satisfaction,provide quality nursing care for patients,which is worthy of promotion.
