早期膀胱功能训练预防宫颈癌术后尿潴留的效果观察

Effect of early postoperative bladder function training on prevention of cervical cancer urinary retention

目的：探讨早期膀胱功能训练预防宫颈癌术后尿潴留的效果。方法：选择2012年1月~2013年7月我院收治的100例拟行子宫广泛性切除加盆腔淋巴结清扫术后的患者并随机等分为对照组和观察组。对照组术后实施妇科常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上实施早期膀胱功能训练,术前1 d由责任护士指导患者进行进行膀胱功能训练,包括腹肌、缩肛运动锻炼和排尿训练,比较两组患者尿潴留发生情况。结果：观察组尿潴留发生少于对照组。结论：术后早期膀胱功能训练能有效预防尿潴留的发生。

Objective： Discussion on the early postoperative bladder function training on prevention of cervical cancer urinary retention. Methods： 100 patients in our hospital gynaecology intended breadth of radical hysterectomy plus pelvic lymphadenectomy were randomly divided into control group and observation group. Control group postoperative gynecological received routine care,while the observation group received early uadder function training guided by a nurse the day before surgery in patients with bladder function training,including ABS,reduced anal urination training and exercise,compared the occur of urinary retention of two groups. Results： Observation group and the incidence of urinary retention catheter rates significantly lower than the control group. Conclusion： Postoperative bladder function training to be effective in preventing urinary retention.
