摘要
目的:了解患者对双硫仑反应的认知现状及对双硫仑反应健康教育内容的需求状况,期望降低这一不良反应的发生。方法:选择2012年6~12月我院急诊科留观患者760例对患者进行双硫仑反应认知情况调查并对患者对相关知识健康教育需求进行统计。结果:61.52%的留观患者对双硫仑反应相关知识不了解,而对这些知识掌握者仅占10.17%,说明急诊留观患者对双硫伦反应相关知识高度缺乏。结论:为减少或避免双硫仑反应,应通过不同方式加强对留观患者进行双硫仑反应相关知识的健康教育。
Objective: To explore the cognition of observation patients on disulfiram- like reaction and the need to health education and avoid this adverse effect. Methods: 760 observation patients in emergency center were investigated with self- designed questionnaire to acquire patient's knowledge about disulfiram- like reaction. Results: 61. 52% observation patients did not know knowledge of disulfiram- like reactiong in emergency department,and only 10. 17% know well about it. Conclusion: To improve cognition rate of observation patients on disulfiram- like reaction and reduce the incidence of disulfiram- like reaction,doctors and nurses should give patiens health education through different forms.
