哮喘患者自我护理能力与健康行为的相关性研究

Research of correlation between self- care ability and health- related behavior of asthmatics

目的：探讨哮喘患者自我护理能力与健康行为的相关性。方法：选取2013年1月~2014年6月来我院接受治疗的60例哮喘患者,采用问卷调查的方式调查患者自我护理能力和健康行为。结果：自我护理能力量表评分项目中的自我护理技能与健康行为中的躯体活动、营养、心理健康、人际关系存在正相关（P〈0.05）,健康知识水平与健康行为中的健康责任感、躯体活动、营养、心理健康、人际关系、压力调解存在正相关（P〈0.05）,自我责任感与健康行为中的健康责任感、躯体活动存在正相关（P〈0.05）。结论：哮喘患者自我护理能力与健康行为具有显著的正相关性,在健康教育中一方面要根据患者具体情况施教,另一方面要着重加重对自护技能和健康知识的施教。

Objective： To explore correlation between self- care ability and health- related behavior of asthmatics. Methods： Total of 60 asthmatics was studied,conducting by questionnaire survey. Results： Self- care skills,health level and self-responsibility has positive correlation of some projects of health behaviors（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： There was significant positive correlation between self- care ability and health- related behavior of asthmatics. Therefore,not only teaching on the basis of the condition of the patients should be conducted,but also self- care skills and health- related knowledge should be emphasized during health- related education.
