玉米秸秆-蒙脱士纳米复合材料的制备及表征

摘要 将经NaOH预处理的玉米秸秆(CS)与蒙脱土(MMT)复合,制备出插层聚合型CS/MMT纳米复合材料,采用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、红外光谱(FTIR)、比表面及平均孔径(BJH)进行结构表征,结果表明,CS大分子插层进入到了MMT的片层结构中,使MMT的晶格结构遭到破坏,形成了有利于对Pb^2+离子吸附的插层聚合型纳米复合材料,且所制备CS/MMT纳米复合材料的粒径远小于MMT,可用于废水中重金属Pb^2+的处理。在室温下,复合反应时间为4h,NaOH溶液的质量浓度为8%,CS与MMT的掺杂比例为1:1,为最佳制备条件并能达到最佳吸附效果。 The nanocomposite was prepared by the corn stalk and montmorillonite which were dealed with NaOH. The nanocomposite adsorption performance of Pb^2+ was investigated and BJH. The results showed that the corn stalk macromolecules intercalated XRD,SEM,FTIR nto interlayer of montmorillonite and destroyed the crystalline structure of montmorillonite and then formed intercalation-polymeric nanocomposite material, which was propitious to the adsorption of Pb^2+ ion. The corn stalk nanocomposite particle size was much smaller than the montmorillonite, which could be used in treating heavy metal Pb^2+ in wastewater. And the optimum synthesis conditions of the nanocomposite was the mass ratio of 1:1at the NaOH concentration of 8% at room temperature for 4 hours.
