长庆原油中石油酸组分的分离与表征 被引量:4

摘要 用碱醇液萃取法从长庆原油中分离出了石油酸组分,通过硅胶柱层析按极性大小将该活性组分分成了3个级分,采用液质联用分析手段对长庆原油中羧酸的分布、结构及组成进行了研究。结果表明,长庆原油中石油酸的碳数分布在C9至C90,相对分子质量分布在150至1 200,且脂肪酸含量最高,其次为环烷酸,苯基酸含量最少。 The petroleum acids substances of Changqing crude oil are obtained by extraction with Na OH/ethanol mixture. These petroleum acids are separated into three fractions of increasing polarity by using silica gel column chromatography. The structure and composition of petroleum acids isolated from Changqing crude oil are investigated by means of LC-MS.Results showed that the number of carbon atoms in petroleum acids from crude oil are in the range of 9 -90 with molecular weights of 150 -1 200. The content of aliphatic acids in petroleum acids is the highest, followed by naphthenic acid,benzene-based acids have the lowest content.
