This paper discussed the risk factors,pathogenesis,diagnosis,treatment and preventive care of premature ejaculation. Combined with years of clinical experience,theory and experiment research,the author detailed elaborated the principle,method,square,medicine preparation and the clinical treatment experience in treating this disease from the aspects as phenomenon of philosophy essence,the universal law of personality and phychological of our body.
