麻仁润肠丸微生物限度检查法的建立

Establishment of Microbial Limit Test for Maren Runchang Pills

目的建立麻仁润肠丸微生物限度检查方法。方法采用《中国药典》2010年版一部微生物限度检查法检测麻仁润肠丸,并进行方法验证。结果细菌计数采用培养基稀释法,霉菌和酵母菌计数,大肠埃希菌和大肠菌群检查采用常规法。结论所建立的微生物限度检查方法有效,可行,可用于麻仁润肠丸的微生物限度检查。

Objective To establish a microbial limit test method for Maren Runchang pills. Methods The methods of microbial limit test in Pharmacopoeia of People＇s Republic of China Volume I（ Version 2010） were adopted to validate Maren Runchang pills. Results Medium dilution method was used for bacterium count,and routine method was used for total combined molds and yeasts count,detection of Escherichia coli and Coliform bacteria. Conclusion The methods of microbial limit test were effective,feasible,and can be used for microbial limit test of Maren Runchang pills.
