Standard of Wang's Stepping Lumbus of TCM in Treanting Cervical Spondylosis

目的区别于其他治疗颈椎病仅治疗病灶"痛点"的弊端,在短时间内,综合中西医辨证的基础对各型颈椎病进行系统、深入、无创伤有效的绿色诊治。方法将颈椎病诊治分为诊断、解痉、正骨、医嘱、康复训练五部分。在治疗过程中使用"一种多功能床"(发明专利ZL 201010105125.2第1082452号),发挥出"王氏中医踩跷法"优势。结果王氏中医踩跷法的"对称、持久、柔和、有力、产热"可产生"安全的强渗透性"的技法,对颈椎解剖与经络共同对称的点、线、面综合诊治思路标本兼治,尽量在治疗时间和疗程缩短的情况下,有效率地解决颈椎病各型的相关症状,使颈椎的生理环境得到明显改善。结论体现了"王氏中医踩跷法"的优势,缩短了颈椎病的治疗与康复的时间。

Objective Based on the discriminate in Traditional Chiese Medicine and Western Medicine,Wang＇s stepping lumbus of TCM is a systemic,security,and deep green treatment for cervical spondylosis,which is different from other treatments in stopping pain. Methods The cervical spondylosis treatment was divided into five parts,diagnosis,spasmolysis,bone setting,medical advice,rehabilitation training. During the treatment,we use Wang ＇s stepping lumbus of TCM and multipurpose bed which obtained invention patents（ ZL201010105125. 2 1082452nd）. Results Wang＇s stepping lumbus of TCM is symmetrical,durable,soft,strong and heat production,can produce security high permeability. It can relieve symptoms of cervical spondylosis,improve the cervical physiological environment in short treating time from lots aspects of cervical spine anatomy and collateral meridian. Conclusion It reflects the advantage of ＂ Wang＇s stepping lumbus of TCM＂,shortens the treatment and rehabilitation time of cervical spondylosis.
