糖尿病性黄斑水肿(DME)是引起糖尿病患者视力恶化的主要原因,故早期诊断尤为重要。随着眼科检查技术的更新,尤其是眼底荧光血管造影(FFA)、光学相干断层成像(OCT)等的出现,增加了DME的检出率,提高了准确度,且各检查方法对DME的分型也不尽相同。因此,熟练掌握各检查手段及其各自分型,对临床上诊断、治疗DME并判断其预后具有重要意义。

Diabetic macular edema （DME） is the primary cause for the vision loss of panents with diabetes, so early diagnosis is important. With eye examination techniques updated, especially the emergence of fundus fluorescein angiography （FFA）, optical coherence tomography （OCT）, the detection rate and accuracy of DME have been increased, and each inspection method for DME genotyping is not the same. Therefore, good command of the examination methods and their respective sub-type are important for the clinical diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of DME.
