妊娠糖尿病患者血糖漂移及诊治进展

The diagnosis and treatment of glycemic excursion in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus

妊娠糖尿病(GDM)是孕期最常见的合并症之一。GDM与羊水过多、巨大胎儿、新生儿低血糖症等并发症密切相关。GDM患者妊娠期间的高血糖水平以及大幅度血糖漂移,均会严重影响母婴健康。近年来,GDM的诊治已成为国内外学者研究的热点。现就GDM患者的血糖漂移及诊治进展进行简要综述。

Gestational diabetes mellitus is one of the most common complications of pregnancy. Gestational diabetes is closely related to polyhydramnios, excessive fetal growth, neonatal hypoglycemia and so on. High blood glucose levels and significant＂ glycemic variability in pregnant women with gestational diabetes would seriously affect the maternal and child health. In recent years, diagnosis and treatment of gestational diabetes has become the focus of scholars at home and abroad. Hence give a briefoverview of glycemic excursion and the diagnosis and treatment of gestational diabetes.
