三维短时反转恢复快速自旋回波成像增强扫描在尺桡神经病变的应用

摘要 尺桡神经范围较长,其病变类型亦多,常见的如外伤性病变、肿瘤性病变、慢性疾病相关病变及炎症性病变等。尺桡神经病变严重影响上肢感觉,造成运动功能障碍,常规依靠临床病史、体征及电生理检查等诊,X线、超声及CT检查技术能力有限。磁共振成像属无创检查,且具有良好的软组织分辨力,被越来越多地应用于外周神经病变诊断。而常规磁共振检查序列较难显示尺桡神经全貌,且易受周围软组织干扰。
